I’ve got a question for you. I’m making my first poplar table. What should I use to stain/finish the top?

Did you go from a 120 to a 220? Without going through the lower grits? How long did your let it dry for?

Such a good tip. If you don’t do this it will still happen when you stain then clear coat will feel really rough.
