You can use the garlic for garlic confit. It’s delicious on grilled cheese sandwiches 😁

@zachcoen we did this at the restaurant but used shallots and garlic. slice both really thin then same steps. very good pasta and sauce starter.

Botulism can and will develop in garlic infused oil, no smell or taste change. make sure this oil stays refrigerated and keep no longer than 7 days.
