Our haystacks are this with coconut but instead of cookie shape we mix in chow mein noodles and put those in stacks. Hence haystack

Yoo thats similar to Swedish kokosbollar, butter, cocoa, sugar and oats mix it together and roll them in shredded coconut!

My moms haystack recipe is very similar. She taught me as a kid. I added everything and tried to stir. Too much force. Boiling chocolate everywhere.
