I did it with one of mine and honestly no regrets! The sponge does soak up some product although I do like it as application too.

i wouldn't take the sponge off i did it with one i already used and in my experience i used less with the sponge because i didn't need to twist it as

Yes it’s true! Any make up with sponges on the top soak up so much product that you don’t actually use!

Absolutely take them off. I was sceptical too but imagine not washing your make up sponges

much as when i took the sponge off with the sponge i could use the concealer left on the sponge after the twist
