Hello beautiful people! It’s Sunday night 7:46pm to be exact and it’s freezing in little Londontown. I recently saw something that said “Create more than you consume” and so, here we are. This is going to be our little secret – something between just you and me. I am showing up at your door with a bottle of a deep dark red, flowers and brownies but these are not just any brownie! These are my nice brownies. The main ingredient here is Greek yoghurt which nixes the need for excess usage of oil and butter (btw no judgment here, those types of recipes on en route). I’m gonna yap a bit about my travels to Greece on my substack so you can skip down below if you only want the recipe. Ingredients Makes 12 servings - recipe from The Big Man’s World - 1/2 cup chocolate chopped (I used dark chocolate throughout) - 1 cup yogurt (I used FAGE 0%) - 1/2 cup sugar of choice (I used brown sugar - I love the texture it gives) - 3/4 cup all purpose flour - 1/2 cup cocoa powder (I used dark chocolate) - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda - 1 cup chocolate chips of choice -1/2 cup milk of choice Instructions 1. Preheat the oven to 180C/350F. Line an 8 x 8-inch pan with parchment paper, and set aside. 2. In a microwave-safe bowl, add your chopped chocolate. Melt your chocolate. Let sit for 1-2 minutes, before adding your yogurt and sugar. Whisk until smooth and transfer to a large mixing bowl. 3. Add the flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda, and mix until just combined. Add your milk and mix well, until fully incorporated. Fold through your chocolate chips, if using them. 4. Transfer to the lined pan and bake the brownies for 25-30 minutes, or until a skewer comes out just clean. Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, before carefully transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. #highprotein #brownie #healthydessert #cleaneating #proteindessert #cleaneats #healthyrecipes #EasyRecipes #easydessert #yogurt #dessert #chocolate #darkchocolate #yoghurt #glutenfreerecipes #healthyeating #greekyogurt
