A PGCE is done after a three year degree. I did my undergrad and I’m doing my pgce now to be a secondary school teacher

If you want to get into teaching then i would highly recommend a childcare BTEC instead of A Levels. You get so much experience

The NQT year is changing in Sept 21 to 2 years and the term NQT won't be used anymore. it'll be ECT early career teacher. 20% ppa for 2yrs woop!
