I always think its so funny when I share my own experiences, fav snacks, fav foods, brands I shop at, old photos of me and how I felt when I was bigger, etc .. and people immediately think it pertains to them … no offense (bc i literally dont like talking about other people or giving very specific unsolicited advice) If you’re new here: hi im sierra and the reason i started this account was to document my very own journey. (aka minding my own damn business) I am not a coach, nutritionist, or doctor and I cannot direct you on what you should/should not do or eat for your own body! (: People mostly follow for motivational purposes and thats it. anyways, if your doctor told you not to eat watermelon.. don’t. If you don’t like water additives, don’t. If fruit makes you nervous, don’t. I do not get on social media and demand yall to eat watermelon and drink crystal light.. im simply documenting the shit I do/eat cuz thats what my followers ask to see 🤷🏼‍♀️ !!  It works for me, doesn’t mean it will work for you.. but it also doesn’t mean it won’t either !! Feel free to hear me out, or dont! 🤣 I’ll always share my thoughts and reasons as to why I DO IT - but I rarely ever advise people to eat and drink very specific items due to the simple fact that im not a nutritionist or doctor, and I don’t specialize in ANY of the health conditions many of us have (Including PCOS- which i have myself.. but again, im not a doctor so i still wont advise anyone to eat and drink anything in particular)  PS - this sound was too relatable not to use I absolutely love it 🤣🤣🤣  yall should know by now that sierra is not sierra if she doesnt have watermelon on hand 🍉
