LET’S SAVE THE CINEMA MUSEUM! 🎥🎞️ I can’t remember that last time I was so moved by a place, the people and a story. The Cinema Museum is a reminder of the importance of community and connection. What Martin, Ronald and countless volunteers have curated is so special and I truly hope that it can be enjoyed for generations to come. They are so passionate about protecting this building, a Victorian workhouse that Charlie Chaplin was admitted to, and being a community hub for the area. If you would like to support The Cinema Museum please share this video, donate to their crowdfunder or go on a tour/visit. I have purposefully preserved so much of its absolute brilliance, including its fascinating history told so wonderfully by Katherine, so when you go you can hopefully get the same feeling I did and feel a whole appreciation for its story. It’s a morning I will never ever forget and I will keep shouting about it from the rooftops. I really hope by sharing this story it incites others to visit, donate or even just evoke their passions.
