Allow yourself to feel what it feels like to have what you want. 🤍 Find the beliefs that are blocking you (“I’m not ready,” “It’s not safe”) and gently rewire them with EFT and journaling. 🤍 Start embodying the version of you that already has what you want. Walk into the room like it’s already yours. Start for 5 minutes a day and build up. 🤍 And when it starts manifesting, regulate again. Focus completely on nervous system regulation. Let your body learn that it’s safe to keep it. This is how you stop pushing and start receiving. Not by becoming someone else, but by finally feeling safe to become the most elevated version of you.
