I have had this happen to me two times. it traumatized me so much to the point where I am basically housebound because I’m so afraid of it happening again. Does anyone have any tips to get over this fear!?

I have been experiencing carpopedal spasm since I was about 13. usually just my hands. two weeks ago I had a full body attack. it was very scary.

so this just happened to me earlier today. for about an hr i felt like my breathing was getting increasingly more difficult until I was involvuntarily hyperventilating, then I got dizzy, confused, nauseous, my legs & arms went completely rigid & burning tingling sensation, my hands cramped up like in the video. I legit thought I was having a seizure or something but I didn't loose consciousness

This happened to me once! Never had a panic attack in my life before it😭 my entire face went numb I rang an ambulance thinking I was having a stroke it is absolutely horrible!!

Dude I know this is super old but you seriously just really helped me out… I have severe ptsd and just got diagnosed with myoclonic jerking but this is what I have!!! Does your tongue get numb too??

I have this too sadly occasionaly, the key to break out of this is to breath as balanced as possible. Take breaths through your nose, hold it a bit (if its possible at that moment) 1
