Guys not everyone’s commission is the same…. My mom makes 4-5% and her broker get only 25% of that… they also cover all the expenses of advertisements

Here is a New Jersey is 2 to 5%.if your the agent is both the seller and the buyer you get 5% and then you have to divide that with the broker.🥰
