Enterprise is a scam. Every time I reserve a specific type of vehicle it’s never there. They even call prior to confirm the rental date and vehicle

we will never rent from them again, after our car accident they had use going all over then put our information under another customers name.

Got a rental from them after an accident. They made us switch the vehicle out 2X in 10 days then tried to do it a 3rd time! Sorry you had issues too!
