In Quebec/Canada they just cancel every single childbirth classes during COVID and we can’t see our family to get help either… 😭

Yes! We have a doula come to the local pregnancy center to do birthing classes for the moms. So important. I didn’t take classes but I did read a lot!

i didn’t take any classes. i pushed perfect and had an amazing labor and delivery. i also had my baby during covid so classes weren’t available anyway
