you can put coriander in a air tight container with a raw egg. it stays fresh for upto month. but make sure coriander is dry

For that fridge part, you can put the coriander with garlic and oil and salt.. it will stay longer with no bad bacteria effect

We wrap it up in kitchen paper and put it in a tin it’s stay fresh for 2-3 weeks.

lol my corriander fors not have roots, clean, wash cut, place in a plastic aif tight box and freezer, use as required

If you put the roots in a glass of water new coriander leaves will grow in a day or two try it
