The Officer's last name is Hampton and he now works for Union County Sheriff's office in North Carolina.

This did happen back in 2021 and he ended up resigning from that county. Union county North Carolina has now hired him and the sheriff is defending his decision against the public. They hired him this July in 2025! The public there are trying to tell the sheriff that they deserve the highest quality officers and not a deputy sheriff that would abuse any person or animal. This is horrible!
