CHIPOTLE SHREDDED BEEF NACHO FRIES 🍟🌮🥑 No because these were LEGITTTTT. Move aside GYG (jokes, ily 5eva <3)  Ingredients (serves 4, double recipe for leftovers):  Beef:  600g chuck steak 1 brown onion, roughly chopped  2 tomatoes, roughly chopped  3-4 garlic cloves  2 tsp cumin  1 tsp garlic powder  1 tsp onion powder  1 tsp paprika  1 tsp dried oregano  Salt and pepper  1 tbsp brown sugar  115g chipotle in adobo sauce  1/2 lime, juiced  Cover and cook at 160 for 4-5 hours. This is a great set and forget dinner that you can put on in the morning!  Baste and flip the chuck here and there.  Once the beef is shredded, pop it back into the oven uncovered at 100ish degrees, stirring occasionally. This will help the beef absorb even more of the sauce. The sauce will also thicken and caramelise. If you’re happy with the consistency, turn the oven off and leave it uncovered in the hot oven until you need it.  Soak your fries in cold water. Pat them dry, then toss in your fave seasonings. I chose paprika and chicken salt I didn’t even use oil but by all means you can.  Air fry at 180 degrees until golden, flipping occasionally.
