OMG😳 I got saline implants in 2000 and had them replaced with silicone in 2010 and have been sick ever since. I’ve never given my implants a thought

Can you please tell me what you did in your 20s to get back in shape I just keep gaining weight I do cardio 3 days a week and strength training 3 days a week and eat good and still nothing changes
