I fell in love with Gritti 𝗧𝘂𝘁𝘂 the moment I sprayed it for the first time and it has been on my wishlist ever since then. I was also curious to try 𝗧𝘂𝘁𝘂 𝗕𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰 and to compare the two, so I’m sharing my thoughts here. The notes are the same except for one and while they smell very very similar, I can smell some differences when comparing them side by side (I’m sure I wouldn’t tell a difference in a blind test). Pink bubblegum is all I can think of when smelling Tutu. I do not pick coconut or particular fruits and berries, but the scent as a whole is perfect. It’s sweet, it’s juicy, and it’s airy. This is a light and girly perfume. My only complaint is that it lasts just a couple of hours on me (and that’s being generous), but I still love it and it’s still on my wishlist. I was expecting Tutu Blanc to be exactly the same as Tutu, but for my nose it’s not. It still has that juicy sweetness, but it also has a bit of powder (more like the white powdery coating on the bubblegum and not baby powder). It is a tiny bit less sweet than Tutu. If Tutu is that first bite into bubblegum, Tutu Blanc is bubblegum after chewing a few times where some flavor is gone. In terms of longevity, it’s also not lasting long on me. Out of the two, I prefer Tutu, but I don’t think I could truly tell a difference if I smelled them without comparing side by side.
