They did not give numbing neds before i injecting kine— it hurt like hell!

I had PRP, then a boot for a month. Not sure if the injection worked or if just being in the walking boot. Either way, no more pain!

I’ve had this done in both feet TWICE in the last six months. It’s a temporary fix, mine lasted like two weeks. Plantar fasciitis sucks!
