Gradually add the unwhipped cream and mix until the mixture stiffens. Transfer the cream to a piping bag, making sure not to forget the piping tip. Place a Biscoff cookie on your work surface and pipe a layer of cream on it, followed by a layer of Biscoff paste, topped with more cream. Cover with another Biscoff cookie. Use a (butter) knife to spread the sides of the cookies with cream. Then, pipe some cream on top and spread it evenly. Place the Biscoff desserts on a piece of parchment paper and repeat the process. Mix until smooth. Gradually add the whipping cream and mix well until the mixture stiffens. Take a tea biscuit, dip it in the milk, and put it in a springform pan. Repeat this process for an entire layer. Spoon the hazelnut cream over the biscuits and spread it evenly. Repeat with another layer of tea biscuits.
