Cantu do a very good clarifying shampoo for when you do cleanse to ensure all the build up is removed once a month. I curly girl too

conditioner actually closes the hair cuticle so it’s not actually cleaning the hair. I don’t see the point in this why not just do a treatment 🤷🏻♀️

if done with tepid water this also stops you losing colour if your hair is dyed.

Co wash is not conditioner washing. It’s using a non sudsing wash. You also need to clarify every once in awhile. I would never recommend this at all
