Trauma is what makes us deal with it. Those that had good parents, weren’t forced to eat what they didn’t want. I refuse to traumatize my kid that way

I had to sit at the table until my plate was clear. I was not allowed to move until it was eaten. I love that I cook my own food, lol.

I made my own food as a kid so since I knew what I liked if I saw a tomato on my food I'd yeet it and sometimes take the lettuce off
