Why does your stored vegetables spoil in 10 days while others can last for half a year? Three points explain the difference between controlled atmosphere storage and ordinary refrigeration storage! 1. Different principles: Ordinary cold storage only "freezes" spoilage by low temperature, like an enlarged refrigerator, which can only delay but cannot "stop". Modified atmosphere storage is more aggressive. In addition to temperature control, it also adjusts the proportion of oxygen and carbon dioxide to make fruits and vegetables "slow breathing" and directly reduce consumption. 2.
