H2ocean or a saline solution. They have Wound wash at Walgreens and it’s the same as h2ocean !! I just got mine 2 weeks ago and they’re already healed

Bactine spray ! It’s a green cap. Also after cleaning it apply some aquaphor healing ointment with a cotton swab & move it back n forth! Mine healed

Warm saline solution n sea salt dip a gauze and hold it in place repeat if it gets cold for 5 min 2 times a day fix in 2 days 😁

Orange dial hand soap, keep it in the shower and use that to wash them! I used that for mine and all my other ones and none of mine got infected! 🙌🏼
