Omg this dog was fixating just like that to my non-reactive dog at park, I blocked my dog’s line of vision. The other owner “he’s friendly” no ma’am.

My dog seems like he’s doing this when he sees other dogs, but once they come closer he starts wagging his tail and is friendly. Is this the same?

Well.. I’m both. But 75% processing and 25% fixated… I noticed things change when mom ask me to sit but it’s hard when I’m too curious about other dog
