do one part olive oil one part balsamic vinegar. 3 cloves of garlic or as much as you like and a pinch of sea salt. shake it up and it’s so good.

I do the same except lemon juice and zest instead of vinegar. Making vinaigrette at home takes one minute and tastes so clean and fresh

It helps it emulsify. You can save it either way. It helps the oil bind to balsamic. The mustard is the binder.
