I’m having a similar problem with my C12 injectors runs ruff like jakes are on fuel gauge says it’s 100 at idle and up to 1500 rpm doesn’t change

Off topic but my cat c15 sounds like I’m about to lose a pully or like a squeaky bearing type sound but only happens when my foots in it loaded

mines running rough here and there skips and smokes once in a while but fuel pressure is good checking it with a Guage any other suggestions?

or you could just order a new one and not just put a spacer in so the spring is tighter you know maybe do it right

Called cat out 5000 grand later we changed that valve and my machine ran like new.

There’s also a spring in the transfer pump that Cat updated for the ACERTs that will bump up fuel pressure about another 15 psi.
