Yup I use it for costumes especially where I want different color top and bottom lip. Cant blend if but for solid color it’s my FAVORITE

I bought ambition statement and a couple of the Princess Nokia kits. The trick is to make sure your lips are moisturized beforehand. Exfoliating helps
