It’s so simple! you need 70g plain flour, 2 large eggs, 100ml milk (I used oat), tsp vanilla extract! Mix well! preheat oven to 210c!

When done, strike whilst hot... roll in cinnamon sugar and then stuff with custard! I cheated and used custard powder to make the custard! 😏

The device I used to add the custard just search “icing syringe” they are cheap! I love using it add jam to plain old croissants the best🤤
