worked for me. 5 kids and I all got covid while my husband was deployed. treated with zinc,vitamin c and d. no mask nonsense,plenty of time outdoors.

When I don't wear a mask in the store people are amazed. They ask what are you doing? I say I'm being healthy. Vitamins and exercise.
