Try the Baby Buddha pump if you do want electric. I EP’d for triplets (so needed a big supply) for a year and it was amazing! Long draw too 🙌🏼

The new spectra is a double pump and you can adjust each side to work for they specific boob. And you can make it draw really slowly

Same! Electric pump didn’t get a quarter of the amount of as the manual pump. Look up pumping pals if you haven’t already, you don’t have to bend down

(1) I exclusively pumped for 2 of mine. The electric pump stimulates for a bit and then starts pumping. You can hear the difference.

i exclusively pumped. Get one that has two sides so you can pump at the same time. also watch your milk supply. I ended up with too much milk
