I get it you shouldn’t buy a car without driving it fully but when your a young girl who’s excited to buy your first car and there’s not lights or codes and it drives very good at low speeds and nothing wrong with it your obviously gonna want to buy it. The salesperson JUAN was super pushy the whole time like he know something was wrong with it. He then told me where to test drive it and wouldn’t let me drive it off the lot. Through the parking lot it drove amazing. He them had me park and proceeded to be extremely pushy and trying to get her to sign stuff before we even talked about it. I told her not to sign anything until we talk about it. We then proceeded to leave and then he texted her the next day basically pressuring her asking if she’s still coming, and then we set a time and then he kept texting her saying you’re late for your appointment. Are you still coming this that and the third. Just being overall too pushy for a new customer. I get it that’s their job, but you need to learn to read the room and who your customer is. The next day we proceeded to go in and purchase the vehicle because it seemed like a good vehicle. I then proceeded to ask for somebody else’s help not Juan. Someone else helped us. We filled out other paperwork and bought the car. As we were driving home between 35 and 65 mph the front end shakes like it’s gonna fall apart. It’s not wheel balancing or rotation cause we already did that and it’s a simple fix, but it’s the fact that you take advantage of a young girl who’s buying her first car to then say there’s nothing we can do about it.
