I've pretty much always done this. but what I also do is store it upside down. I find it stops the bag from slowly unrolling and chips keep fresher

it seals even better if you roll a couple times, then fold the corners in but not to the center and then roll backwards and tuck the point in its self

I always fold the corners into a triangle first then roll it, squeeze some air out and roll it some more lol I’ve always done it that way 😂

did you know you can also fold the bag in on itself rom the bottom to get the chips up so you don't have to fish them out 🤯😂
