I alternate my feeds. I give them blood worms one day. Peas or broccoli another day, brine shrimp and alternate flakes and pellets as well. I have them fast on water change day. Someone told me flakes are not ideal because they float. Should I cut out the flakes and just do pellets?

goldfish don't have stomachs so fasting is necessary unless shipping or moving that will cause stress
