Strict schedule. Darker room, noise machine, routine with rocking nursing bottle etc…. Turn everything off 30 minutes prior to nap, toys away TV off

hey hun. my little one (3) was the same. cried for hours even if I was on the floor in the room he just needs physical touch it's his love language🥰

Ugh yeah so hard. My son was like that too. But what we did was to controversial for me to say 😂 ok, We bed shared - but that was 17 yrs ago.

Honestly, theres no rush. But you could always try to trace his face while hes laying down and sit beside him so he knows hes safe 🥰
