Often times pain in the knees can arise from muscles that are tight in the hips, front and back thigh, so let’s address that first. 🛋Couch Stretch Can be done with a low box or a couch at home. Aim for 1 set of 45 sec 🪨90-90 Rocks Perform 40 rocks, the goal is to get knees to ground 🦜90-90 Reach or Modified Pigeon This is great to address hip tightness and hip mobility. 🎻Hamstring Stretch Only reach as far as you can while keeping your knee straight. This can help address low back pain, as well as improve your deadlift form.
