When you make food that actually tastes good you’ll be excited to eat it everyday. I wouldn’t want to eat dry ass chicken and broccoli daily either

For the "I'm too busy" people, buy a multi cooker/slow cooker. literally a lifesaver and basically pays for itself

My problem with meal prep is I’m bored with meal after day two or three and then that food goes to waste. And I eat out.

I don’t appreciate being called out like this. I waste my time measuring everyday yet I can’t just do it all in one go🤦🏼♀️Also hate veggies

Real question: when I put rice in the fridge and then in the microwave the next day, the rice is always ruined. How do you stop this occurrence?

I love packing my meal preps with veggies. If they aren't in there, though, I don't eat them
