This is great… you see so many people in the gym trying to replicate this using DBs when they forget gravity pulls down … 🤦🏻♂️using cables allows the tension to remain on the rotator cuff itself. Even as a bodybuilder who uses heavy weight and super strict form, I still do these exercises multiple times a week.
