Go EASY with the MCT oil and work your way up. If you start at a TBSP you will cramp so bad and get horrible diarrhea!

mct oil is good in smoothies! or blended w/ coffee. good for sustained energy w/o jitters or crash. read the MCT(medium chain triglyceride) wiki page!
