I’m sorry I don’t think either should be compared. I struggled with unknown infertility. I finally got pregnant and lost that baby immediately.

I had 3 kids tried for 6 months got pregnant then lost the baby then finally pregnant with my rainbow. No matter the time you wait it’s still a loss.

I agree with what you said. I've had 2 losses. one in the second trimester. it took me 6 years to conceive after that loss only to miscarry at 6 weeks

Having a miscarriage doesn’t mean to say you will get a rainbow baby though. You are not always guaranteed a rainbow baby with infertility/miscarriage
