I recommend the same process but where you add the salt and pepper ( right before finished) add a tbsp of sour crème. Gives it an amazing extra kick

I like to add a little tap of whole milk to make it fluffy the butter helps it too

Try adding 2 tablespoons of milk for each egg. Makes the eggs alittle more fluffier. You can add more milk, but not too much more.
