Moon Druid, wild shape into and air elemental, engulf your enemy and just drag them back and forth across the spike growth.

It doesn't work that way. Spike Growth only does the damage if the creature moves, not if it's forcefully moved. Jay Cray said as much on twitter

Turn it up to 11 with a 10th level druid. Cast spike growth, wild shape into a Wind Elemental, grapple the enemy and drag them around 60ft a round.

You could use the same with the pulling / pushing eldritch invocation just be 2 level warlock or pick eldritch adapt

3 levels Druid spike growth. 2 levels warlock. Grasp of hadar invocation and now you can pull 20 feet in one turn (but it’s over 2 turns)
