American dogs are soft. I live in the caribbean and I've had about 5 dogs in my lifetime. They ate bones and nothing was wrong with them.

It also depend size, type of your dog... chewing habits... i have an 87lbs pitbull & a shepard and both enjoy chicken bones. never had an issue. 😏

Raw is perfectly ok, bone is soft, flexible & easy to chew. When cooked, bone is brittle & can splinter. Can choke or puncture gastrointestinal tract
