DISGUSTING. My job also has no mat leave but thankfully I have STD (that I pay into each pay period) that pays 60% for 6 weeks. Still not enough 🥺

It’s completely crazy. I had no idea until I moved up to Canada & it’s all covered, leave for up to a year (longer now) & even paid through EI.
