I love scan and go, every time I'm at Sam's club I'm fascinated by the people that wait in line, like why?

I use Walmart's scan&go. Employees don't know how to use it. I'm usually finished by the time they tell me which register to go to😂

What is it like @ the exit where they'd check your receipt. Do they have to see/touch your ph or do they have a device that recognizes your purchase?

I have used scan and go and you have to be extremely cautious because it can scan an item twice if you move the phone
