i've worked at multiple mom and pop shops and they treated me WAY worse than bigger companies i've worked for, which says a lot. i have PTSD from it🥲

i worked a small business. they were HORRIBLE to their workers and guilted us to do more constantly. they're also anti vax and very conservative.
