All rooms on the maternity ward in Dauphin Manitoba are private and you don’t have to pay. They do it different in Winnipeg! Parking is also free here

At Women’s a private room is free! All the rooms there are private and it’s absolutely beautiful in there!

I also gave birth at St. B last year. Mine was $110. Next year I will deliver at Women’s Hospital and they told me it’s free and all are private.

For us in BC — parking was free, own birthing suites, own bathroom, long stay (5 Days), bed for husband, mini fridge, all free! 🥰

In BC private room is $200/n but husbands work covers 80% of that… so $40/n plus parking
