I give rewards when students call out my mistakes 🤷🏻♀️🤣 I like to teach my students we all make mistakes and that’s how we grow

I give whole class and individual rewards. It’s easy to find something positive that a kid is doing. Kid return and tell me that they loved my system.

I completely agree! I believe that in real life, people do not get rewarded for doing what they are suppose to, so why teach it in schools ?

Exactly! This teacher has been teaching for 25+ years….ALL ECONOMY SYSTEMS are HARMFUL. Mic Drop. Intrinsically motivated students succeed.
