Liddells have a good lactose free parmesan and Zymil do a thickened cream, Coles only do light but woolies have a Zymil cream that can be whipped!!

There is a lactose free parmesan cheese. And the philli lactose free cream cheese. You can’t tell the difference in the taste.

Ive found a good thing to budget is buying frozen Spinach for meals like this. It's serves the same purpose and is heaps cheaper

I make something really similar but use frozen spinach portions from woolies, 450g is $5 and for cooking it’s cheaper!
