I strip my clothes at the door in a separate bin then wash all in hot water with just detergent. Def gonna try the pinesol tho.

I have a sink next to my washer, and run hot water first in the sink to get the cold out of the pipes to ensure the washer actually gets hot water.

my husband is a covid ward cleaner. it also use hot water good detergent oxyclean and lysol sanitizer. Clorox makes a it too

Similar routine. I have a laundry bin w/ a lid in the garage so I’m not washing daily. I don’t even bring hairties in until I’m ready to wash them.

The oxi clean sanitizer sanitizes at the beginning in the hot water instead of having to wait until rinse cycle. Love the stuff.
